Always enjoy hearing from the anti-diva. You are always a delight. Thank you for your work for the California fire victims.
I saw the list of agencies displayed on Concert for America. When my mother was still alive, she suggested that we pick 2 Charities to contribute to for Christmas. It was typical of my mom. She may have enjoyed what we always called the "good life",but she never forgot the less fortunate. So we continue to make contributions to those various organizations, many of which are Seth's too.
Looking forward to seeing you perform in the not too distant future.
Liz, we’re thrilled that you’ll be coming back to the Boston area soon. Our hearts go out to all those in LA who’ve lost so much in recent weeks. We watched your beautiful performance at the Concert For America. So grateful for all you do!
"99 Miles from L.A." is one of those beautiful, thoughtful songs. I do remember hearing you perform it at a 54 Below concert. Although Albert Hammond's version was a big adult contemporary hit, I think the version I remember most was from Art Garfunkel. We all pray for the people affected by the unprecedented and devastating L.A. fires.
I wish we could have been on the cruise with you. Seth Rudetsky presented some of the songs as rehearsed by the passengers on Sirius XM. Sounded like a great time.
And thank you for sharing the concert recording! It was a beautiful event to help those in need.
Glad to have seen this on my Facebook feed. Really looking forward to your visit to our little town of New Bern next month. Hope you'll sing The Story Goes On and a bit from Sondheim along with the princess things that folks will expect. Glad you're getting to visit my favorite city, London, where my close encounter with Sondheim occurred in 1990.
I loved”the impossible dream “ album . Thanks for recommending it. I’ve played it a number of times. Thanks for your work raising funds for different causes. You’re truly an inspiration. Enjoy your trip across the pond, Liz.❤️
Another splendid Substack, my sister! I echo your good wishes for our KA brothers and sisters. ❤️🙏❤️
Rather belatedly reading this glorious substack and watching your wonderful performance on Seth and James benefit. What a great event.
Thank you for posting the whole show ❤️❤️
Thank you, B! xoxo

Thank you for contributing, Mary! I like your Mom’s idea about picking 2 charities for Christmas.
